Damigos' Amazing Boast
This is a 3rd level enchantment spell; Damigos' Amazing Boast, or D.A.B for short. As a reaction to succeeding on an ability check or attack roll, you do a peculiar somatic movement that causes those surrounding to you to waste their action and movement cheering for you, largely through magical compulsion. Casting Time: 1 reaction, which you take when you succeed on an ability check or hit with an attack roll

You turn your head into the crook of your arm while lifting your other arm above your head, letting your pride exude out in a magically compelling aura.
All creatures within 30 feet of you must make a Charisma saving throw. On a failure, a creature’s movement speed becomes 0 until the end of its next turn, and it uses its next action to shout and exonerate your success, usually with whooping or exaggerated theatrics. A creature with an Intelligence score of 4 or less isn’t affected. On a success, a creature still cheers for you but doesn’t waste their action, and is otherwise unaffected. Creatures friendly to you or charmed by you have disadvantage on this saving throw.
