Magic Item - Shield of Shouting

A good magic shield can be the difference between life and death for an adventurer, but not all magic shields are created equal. Some float and block on their own, some ward off fire and the elements, and some complain constantly.

The shield of shouting is a thinking magic item, but not that much; being able to think doesn’t make it interested in actually being clever, or otherwise actually helping. It’ll whine when you block, whine when you put it away, whine when it gets kinda dark. All hope is not lost, however, as the shield can annoy your foes as well! We hope it’s worth it…
